In the Moment Choose What Feels Good

In every moment you have millions of choices to make. What you give your attention to creates a vibration within you that draws to you more of the experiences and people that vibrate in a similar way. You will know what experiences are coming your way by the way you feel. The way you feel is the reflection of your vibrations. It is that simple really. If you are feeling good then you are headed toward your heart’s desire and if you are feeling not so good you are not headed in that direction. If you allow your circumstances to dictate how you feel then you will be traveling in circles and will probably stay where you are.
Become aware of your choices by paying attention to how you feel and make feeling great a high priority. You will find the evidence of how effective that is in what you experience.
